Return Material Authorization (RMA)

This RMA form is part of Loop's quality system procedures to receive notification and process feedback for in-service failures, malfunctions, and defects as per Federal Aviation Administration regulation 14 CFR, section 21.137(m) . Loop's quality management shall address any in-service problem(s) involving design changes and to determine if any changes to the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) are necessary per our FAA approved quality manual.
