Loop Aerospace (formerly Advanced Hyperfine Products) started off in 1995 with a small office at the Van Nuys airport in Southern California when the FAA gave the company its first Parts Manufacturing Approval (FAA-PMA) on the Hawker main landing gear door strut assembly, which is still selling today through one of our distributors, All West Aviation. Within a few years of manufacturing, we obtained Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) and FAA-PMA on the first composite water heater, approved for installation on Gulfstream GIV aircraft and eventually going on Boeing Business Jets.
On September 15, 2023, we obtained FAA-PMA approval on P/N 8921082G5C composite water heater. Loop Aerospace is manufacturing in Santa Clarita California, allowing distributors and FAA approved repair stations like Duncan Aviation and Aeronasch Aviation to assist us with product support to customers worldwide. Loop Aerospace offers a simple inventory solution: Use our part number 8921082G5C as direct replacement for OEM P/N 8921082G5, 24E507040G04, MRX-1000-102A and MRX-1000-102. And our one part number is approved for installation on Boeing 737-300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 700C, 800, 900, 900ER, Bombardier Global Express, Challenger 604 and 605, Gulfstream GIV, GIV-SP, G450, G550, G650 and G650ER. We can add additional aircraft makes and models to our current FAA approval if you have one of the above OEM water heater part numbers installed on a different aircraft type than listed above or on our FAA-PMA Info tab. If that is the case, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to discuss the next steps to take. We have plans to obtain FAA approval for our composite water heater to be used on additional aircraft makes and models, thereby improving our customer’s inventory solutions and helping eliminate obsolete inventory and costs. We are building a large inventory of water heaters and parts to support you and your customers. |
